Dealer Hierarchy Management is a core component of the DMS, designed to manage the full structure of the distribution network. It organizes the relationships between main Partners, distributors, retailers, and merchants in a clear tree-based hierarchy.

Each entity in the hierarchy—whether a Partner, sub-dealer, retailer, or merchant—can have associated documentation such as commercial registration, contracts, and identification images, ensuring full traceability and compliance.

This module enables service providers to efficiently manage:

Main Partners, their locations, and assigned regions

Distributor branches and their geographic coverage

Retailers and their association with specific distributors

Stock levels at each distribution point

Letters of Guarantee (LG) and credit policies

Contracts and legal documentation

End-to-end document management
